It enables me to comprehensively and deeply understand the characteristics and regularity of the psychology and behavior of individuals, groups, organizations and leaders in organizations, and understand how to use the theories and methods of psychology to effectively motivate people's behavior and fully mobilize people's enthusiasm, initiative and creativity. It is of great help to my future study and work, I like professor Neils' teaching style, which is very interesting, can arouse the enthusiasm of the students. The course was very insightful and interesting. There was much practical advice on how to incorporate theory into a real-life situation which was useful. Quizzes at the end of each topic helped test my knowledge and understand what aspects should be repeated. As a whole, this course is something I would recommend to others who are interested in leadership and organizational behavior because of the big amount of fascinating content.
